And more excuses to bake. Double fun!
This time I went for things I have made before. Again, mincemeat pies (surprisingly I’m still not bored of them, but I have a cupcake recipe for when I am!), shortbread (made smaller and decorated with a festive theme) and mini chocolate banana loaves, because, you know, mini loaf tins.
I am particularly pleased with my Christmas trees. They are not exactly refined, but it’s a start.
I am seriously loving my mini loaf tins. I think mini loaves are going to feature a lot in the near future. I may have to start making yeast bread again so that my normal sized loaf tin doesn’t feel left out!
